1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service apply to your use of anvil.fashion, dashboard.anvil.fashion, and any version of the Anvil platform we make available to you.

If you or your organization enter into a separate order form or services agreement with us, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

2. What Anvil is

Anvil is an automated ecommerce rendering pipeline for fashion brands. It ingests season data, resolves product attributes, generates rendered imagery, and manages review and delivery workflows.

Anvil uses AI-assisted rendering and may generate outputs based on the data, references, and brand rules you provide.

3. Eligibility and authority

You may use the site and platform only if you can form a binding agreement with us. If you are acting for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Anvil or this site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with the site, infrastructure, or security of the service.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the service except as permitted by law.
• Use the service to infringe the rights of others.

5. Your content and data

You retain rights to the assets, brand rules, and other content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to operate the pipeline, generate renders, and deliver approved outputs on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload and for reviewing and approving rendered outputs before publishing them.

6. Intellectual property

The Anvil name, branding, site content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Access and availability

Access to Anvil is currently invite-driven. Features may change, be incomplete, or be discontinued. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.

9. Fees

Access to the public marketing site is free. Any paid access to the Anvil platform will be governed by separate commercial terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Brooklyn App Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Anvil or this site.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brooklyn App Company and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or platform at any time, including if we believe you have violated these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
