This policy covers the public marketing site at anvil.fashion and the information collected through the Anvil operator dashboard.

The short version: we keep this site lightweight, we do not sell your personal information, and we use information you provide to operate the Anvil platform and respond to your requests.

Anvil is offered by The Brooklyn App Company ("we," "us," "our"), based in Brooklyn, New York.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers your use of anvil.fashion, dashboard.anvil.fashion, and any information you provide when using the Anvil platform.
If we enter into a separate written agreement with you or your organization, additional terms may apply to that relationship.
3. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Standard website and security telemetry from our hosting and delivery providers, such as IP address, browser, request path, referrer, approximate region, and timing data.
- Information you provide through the dashboard, such as account details, uploaded assets, brand rules, and review decisions.
- Information shared with third parties when the site loads external resources, such as Google Fonts.
The Anvil marketing site does not currently run advertising, newsletter tracking, or analytics cookies.

- Operate, secure, and improve the website and platform.
- Process rendering pipelines and deliver approved assets.
- Communicate about Anvil updates and platform status.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, or misuse.

- Cloudflare for site hosting and delivery.
- Google Fonts for web fonts.
- Cloud infrastructure for rendering pipeline processing.
We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect our rights, safety, or systems.
7. Data retention
We retain website logs for as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, and troubleshooting.
We retain platform data (uploaded assets, render outputs, review decisions) for as long as your account is active or as needed to support business or legal records. If you want us to delete information, email support@thebkapp.co.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we control. No system is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously and limit access to business need.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have shared with us by emailing support@thebkapp.co.

Anvil is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
